Biohmmm...about me....
I am a total bandee. I've been in my high school's marching band for two years, and the choir for three. I'm really musically involved. As far as instruments go, I play the electric bass, the double/upright bass, and a conglomeration of percussion instruments. Vocally, I have a four octave range, but normally get stuck singing Alto 2 (not that I mind). I'd also like to learn to play tuba, which I may be attempting this upcoming summer.
I like books. I even volunteer at my local library, and really, really enjoy it. If I could spend my whole day in an empty library I'd either 1) read all the books, 2) skip around the library after I've gone crazy from all the alone time, 3) organize every section and fix all the poor, unfortunate books that are bent or torn, 4) explore the parts of the library they don't let most workers into(srsly there's a whole wing that may be infested by librarian-vampires!), or 5) any combination of the above.
I enjoy learning new things, especially languages. I'm nearly fluent in French and I've been working on my Spanish, and after that... well who knows, I may just learn them all. I'm good at Science and History, and I would love to be an anthropologist for a living, if I can get away with it. I'm also good at English, Math, Theology, Music, and everything else I've had a class for, with the exception of P.E. I do not excel there. Though I suppose if we ever did anything in P.E. that involved camping, canoeing, swimming, or hiking I'd totally excel.
Besides all this stuff, I like nearly anything you throw at me, as long as it's good, clean fun. And sometimes when it's not. Sometimes I'll pig out while watching old Black and White movies on the Turner Classic Movies channel. And then other times I veg out on the internet for days at a time! Or sometimes I like to just chill in my room with music playing, whether it's playing from a stereo or my head varies.
My family often says that my "life is a musical." Which is probably true. I hope it's a decent one, not too flashy, but just enough to be a real diva of a musical. ;)
